1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

• "atom77," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the atom77 platform, its operators, and authorized representatives.
• "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the atom77 platform.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a User upon successful registration on the atom77 platform.
• "Services" refers to all betting, gaming, and entertainment products offered through the atom77 platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, and slot machines.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any stake placed by a User on a betting market or game outcome through the atom77 platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total amount of funds held in a User's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, or other incentive offered by atom77 to Users, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.

2. Eligibility

By registering an Account and using atom77 Services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. atom77 strictly prohibits underage gambling and will permanently terminate any Account found to belong to a person under 21.
• You are a resident of Indonesia or are physically located in Indonesia at the time of placing any Wager.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• All information you provide during registration is accurate, current, and complete.
• You have not previously been excluded or self-excluded from gambling services, either with atom77 or any other operator.
• You are not accessing the Services from a location where online gambling is prohibited by law.

atom77 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and residence at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or termination.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration

To access atom77 Services, you must create an Account by providing accurate personal information, including but not limited to your full name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. You may only register one Account per person. Multiple Accounts registered by the same individual will be closed, and any associated funds or winnings may be forfeited.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. You agree to notify atom77 immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. atom77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain Account security.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

atom77 is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, we may request that you provide copies of identification documents such as your Indonesian national identity card (KTP), passport, driver's license, or proof of address. Withdrawals may be delayed or denied until satisfactory verification is completed.

3.4 Responsible Account Use

You agree to use your Account only for legitimate betting and gaming purposes. You must not use the Services for any unlawful activity, including money laundering, fraud, or collusion. atom77 reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity and cooperate with law enforcement authorities as required by law.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

atom77 accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks including Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), and Bank Mandiri, as well as e-wallets such as OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000, and the maximum deposit amount is Rp 100,000,000 per transaction, subject to change at atom77's discretion. Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly during banking hours.

All deposits must be made from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in the funds being returned and your Account suspended pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name.
• All Bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before Bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• atom77 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing a withdrawal.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15-30 minutes during banking hours (09:00-17:00 WIB, Monday through Friday). Requests made outside banking hours will be processed on the next business day.

atom77 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on atom77 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Currency conversion, if required, will be handled at prevailing market rates.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

atom77 may offer Bonuses and promotions from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games, and validity periods. These terms will be clearly stated in the promotional materials and must be read carefully before claiming any Bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, also known as rollover or playthrough requirements. For example, a Bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must wager the Bonus amount 30 times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Different games may contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10-20%.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

atom77 strictly prohibits Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim Bonuses repeatedly, collusion with other Users, exploiting system errors, or using unfair betting patterns to clear wagering requirements. Users found to be abusing Bonuses will have their Accounts terminated, Bonuses forfeited, and winnings confiscated.

5.4 Right to Modify or Withdraw Bonuses

atom77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any Bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to exclude individual Users from participating in Bonuses if we believe they are not using the Services in good faith.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Placing Bets

All Bets placed on atom77 are final and cannot be cancelled or amended once confirmed. It is your responsibility to ensure that your Bet selections, stake amounts, and odds are correct before confirming the Bet. atom77 will not be held liable for any errors made by the User when placing Bets.

6.2 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled based on the official results declared by the relevant governing body or competition organizer. In the case of sports betting, this includes organizations such as FIFA, UEFA, the Football Association of Indonesia (PSSI), the English Premier League, La Liga, and others. For live casino games, results are determined by the live dealer or the certified Random Number Generator (RNG) used by the game provider.

6.3 Voided Bets

atom77 reserves the right to void any Bet in the following circumstances:

• A match or event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled.
• Obvious errors in odds, lines, or results occur due to technical malfunction.
• Evidence of match-fixing, fraud, or manipulation is discovered.
• A Bet is placed after an event has already started (unless live in-play betting is explicitly offered for that event).
• A User is found to have engaged in fraudulent or prohibited activity.

When a Bet is voided, the stake is returned to the User's Balance, and the Bet is treated as though it never occurred.

6.4 Maximum Winnings

atom77 may impose maximum payout limits on certain Bet types or events. These limits will be communicated in the Bet confirmation screen or in the specific market rules. Winnings exceeding the stated maximum will be capped at the maximum payout amount.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on atom77 and may result in immediate Account termination, forfeiture of funds, and legal action:

• Creating multiple Accounts to circumvent restrictions or claim Bonuses multiple times.
• Collusion with other Users or third parties to manipulate outcomes or share information.
• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts to place Bets.
• Exploiting system errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities for personal gain.
• Engaging in fraudulent activity, including chargebacks, false identity claims, or stolen payment methods.
• Money laundering or using the Services to process illicit funds.
• Accessing the Services from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal.
• Allowing another person to use your Account or sharing Account credentials.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the atom77 platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Service Availability

While atom77 strives to ensure uninterrupted Service availability, we do not guarantee that the Services will be available at all times or that they will be error-free. The Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. atom77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from Service interruptions.

8.2 Third-Party Services

atom77 relies on third-party providers for certain Services, including payment processing, game content, and live streaming. We are not responsible for any failures, errors, or delays caused by these third-party providers. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

8.3 Financial Loss

Gambling involves risk, and you may lose money when using atom77 Services. You acknowledge that all Bets are made at your own risk, and atom77 will not be liable for any financial losses incurred as a result of your gambling activities. You should only gamble with money you can afford to lose.

8.4 Maximum Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, atom77's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Services, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount of your Account Balance at the time the claim arose.

9. Account Termination and Suspension

9.1 Termination by User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting atom77 customer support. Upon Account closure, any remaining Balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements and verification procedures.

9.2 Termination by atom77

atom77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of the Services. In such cases, we may withhold any remaining Balance pending investigation.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

If you feel that gambling is becoming a problem, you may request self-exclusion from atom77 for a period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or permanently. 10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming laws and regulations. By using atom77 Services, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the appropriate regulatory authorities.

10.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions or your use of the Services, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation with atom77 customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
